  • Check the PSU when it comes. They usually like to put in the cheapest piece of sh*t PSU, unless you pay more for an uprated one.

I think You made a great buy with that Rig. :D (bang for the buck!)

been reading up on the i7 6700 quad core this unit comes with.
apparently this is the skylake? Also read it is unlocked and easy to
3.4 ghz is base freq and clock reports indicates 3.8 can be reached with liquid
anyway...not much into the clocking but apparently the core is a solid
    gaming processor without clocking.
    sorry...just mentally mumbling to myself.

Yes, the i7 6700 is a great processor with 4 cores and hyperthreading for a total of 8 threads.

However, the step up to the i7 6700K would be easier to overclock as it just done with a push of the button since the "K" denotes it as being unlocked. ... chitecture)#List_of_Skylake_processors

I would go ahead and get this beastly rig and enjoy it! :)

  • looks very solid for gaming and everything else....but who needs everything else we want to play

i bought me a ASUS gaming laptop after i´ve decided my PC is not worth upgarding (5 1/2 yeras now)
and that what i bought ASUS 751JY
I´m very satisfied with it except 2 things....
1st: the black softtouch surface looks really really great till u have fingerprints or dust on
2nd: i just cant turn off the damn touchpad which is pretty annoying sometimes

If i had waited till now i could buy the follower which has alu case and a GTX980 and looks even more beastly with it´s nonstop coolingrib.....
