  • Sure did. I saw it this morning and TOTALLY LOVED IT!
Caters for everyone's taste. The humor was brilliant in it and got many laughs.

Anyone even remotely curious, I urge you to see this epic. You will not be disaapointed! Good story and didn't drag. Can't wait for the next chapter! :)

  • Wow.. just found out as at today The Avengers has grossed over $1 Billion U.S. in only 19 days shattering all records and spittiing out Avatar's record.. and it is still rising rapidly. Not bad considering the U.S. release was only 10 days ago as at today.

  • The flick topped the box office records.
Upon seeing it, I understand why.

Now I need to see it at one of our several iMax theaters around here to get the really big picture.

iMax is about image size. Think about playing BF3 on a 15 inch monitor as compared to a 30 inch monitor...

  • IMAX theatre construction differs significantly from conventional theatres. The increased resolution allows the audience to be much closer to the screen; typically all rows are within one screen height; conventional theatre seating runs 8 to 12 screen heights. Also, the rows of seats are set at a steep angle (up to 30° in some domed theatres) so that the audience is facing the screen directly.

A standard IMAX screen is 22 × 16.1 m (72 × 52.8 ft), but can be larger. The world's largest cinema screen (a 15/70 mm IMAX) is the LG IMAX Theatre in Sydney, Australia. It is approximately eight stories high, with dimensions of 35.73 × 29.42 m (117.2 × 96.5 ft) and covers an area of more than 1,015 m2 (10,930 sq ft).

There you have it. Better Resolution and there's no "Bad" seat in the house....!

  • I saw Transformers 2, The Dark Knight, Star Trek and Avatar 3D at iMax. Trust me Termi, if you have The Avengers at iMax.. don't hesitate to spend the extra bit of money and go see it. Totally worth every cent.

  • Favorite part of the movie is the Loki - Hulk scene. My 7 year old nephew and I laughed for 10 minutes after that scene! The Avengers Rock! Great movie! :D
